***Special Vote Information***

***Attention CUPE Local 1479 Members ***

The OSBCC has reached a tentative settlement on remedy, following last year’s ruling in our favour that Bill 115 violated our rights.

Members who are eligible to vote on the proposed settlement are those who were covered by a CUPE school board collective agreement between September 1st, 2012 and August 31st, 2014.

This vote will be a simple majority (50% plus one) of eligible voters who vote.

Details of the settlement will be shared at the meeting.
